Terms of Service
Last updated 8 October 2026
About these terms
ReplyRadar is an independent product built and operated by its founder, Pranay Heda, in India. In these terms, "ReplyRadar", "we" and "us" mean the service and the person who runs it, and "you" means the person or organization using it. By creating an account or using ReplyRadar, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Eligibility and your account
- You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to use ReplyRadar.
- If you use ReplyRadar for a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.
- Give us accurate account information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
What ReplyRadar does
ReplyRadar monitors public online communities for conversations relevant to your product, scores them for relevance and buyer intent with AI, alerts you, and drafts replies when you ask. ReplyRadar never posts, comments or sends messages on your behalf. Every reply is something you choose to post yourself, from your own account.
Your responsibility for what you post
You decide whether, where and how to respond to any conversation, and you are solely responsible for anything you post or send. That includes following each community's rules and each platform's terms, such as limits on self-promotion, and disclosing your connection to your product where that is required or expected. Review and edit every draft before you use it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use ReplyRadar to send spam or bulk unsolicited messages, or to harass anyone;
- use the leads we surface to track, profile or contact people in ways they would not reasonably expect from a public post;
- add someone as an alert recipient without their permission;
- resell, republish or bulk export data from ReplyRadar as a dataset;
- try to break, overload, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data;
- use ReplyRadar for anything unlawful.
Third-party communities and services
ReplyRadar is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, Reddit, Hacker News, Bluesky, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Stack Exchange, Lobsters or any other community we monitor. Posts we surface belong to their authors and are subject to those platforms' terms. We do not control these platforms, and their availability, rules and access policies can change at any time, which may limit or stop ReplyRadar's ability to monitor them.
AI-generated content
Scores, reasons and reply drafts are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for the conversation, and they are not professional advice. A high score does not guarantee that someone will buy. Use your own judgment before relying on any of it.
Trials, subscriptions and payment
New accounts get a free trial with no card required. After that, continued use requires a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Polar as the merchant of record, and Polar's terms apply to the purchase. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal, and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. For billing questions or refund requests, email founder@replyradar.tech. If we change the price of an existing subscription, we will tell you before it takes effect.
Intellectual property
ReplyRadar's software, design and branding belong to us. You keep ownership of what you submit, such as your product information and example replies, and you give us permission to use it only to provide the service to you. You may use the drafts we generate for you however you like. Drafts may resemble text generated for others, so we do not promise they are unique.
Service availability
We work to keep ReplyRadar running reliably, but it is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any level of uptime, that every relevant conversation will be found, or that any source will remain available. We may change, add or remove features over time.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or action taken against your accounts by a third-party platform. Our total liability for any claim relating to ReplyRadar is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
You can stop using ReplyRadar at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing founder@replyradar.tech. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why first. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will revise the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we will tell account holders by email before they take effect. Continuing to use ReplyRadar after that means you accept the updated terms.
